Scott LantzIntelScott Lantz provides leadership in furthering WSWG's goal of establishing a clear value proposition for innovative health benefit plans that effectively manage the health, wellness, costs, and productivity of the workforce using personal telehealth technologies. Scott has led the development of the WSWG's value proposition, targeted major employers' senior leadership which clearly articulates the potential quantifiable and quantitative benefits of innovative health strategies that incorporate leading-edge personal telehealth technologies. He has collaboratively worked with industry thought leaders and key employer associations in furthering the group's concepts on employee wellness measurement (i.e., employee health status and corresponding health behaviors / interventions) and wellness program measurement (i.e., measuring a corporate wellness program's ROI). Through Scott's continued leadership and significant contributions, the WSWG continues to accelerate the paradigm shift towards the 'new' definitions of leading-edge wellness program standards and wellness measurement. Scott Lantz is a technical staff manager in the Technology & Manufacturing Group at Intel where he is responsible for developing programs to support workplace safety, occupational health, and employee health and wellbeing.

Lars Schmitt
Phillips Research Europe
Lars always finds a way to contribute in a significant way where help is most needed. Lars is a key contributor on the LPR Team where he took a lead role on developing the requirements, proposing compromise verbiage and working behind the scenes to ensure progress was made. He was also instrumental in the V2 requirement definition process by proposing tools and facilitating convergence. Additionally, he is also a main contributor to the PAN and IEEE Interoperability Guideline efforts. Lars is a Senior Scientist at Philips Research Europe. Since joining Philips in 2006, Lars has been active in the healthcare domain addressing connectivity standards and technology. In this context, he has been actively participating in the Continua Health Alliance and other standardization organizations such as IEEE, Bluetooth, and ZigBee. Lars received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany, and his PhD from the RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in Iterative Algorithms for Communications Receivers.

Keith NaylorNHS
Keith is a charter member of the XHR team and has been proactively advancing the clinical coding selection, carefully balancing international adoptability with licensing realities. Further, he went to extraordinary lengths to quickly complete the V1 mapping and inject new SNOMED CT terms into the IHTSDO release cycle. Keith is currently liaising with IHTSDO and coordinating efforts to provide international licensing and develop new V2 device mappings. |
